What are my shipping and delivery options?

In-Store Pick-up
You can pick up your purchases in-store. Pick-up hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Once your order is ready for pick-up, you will receive an email confirmation.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping for orders over 100 €.

Shipping Fees
For other orders, we provide shipping at the following rate:

DHL (3-5 Business Days) - 10 €.

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up with additional shipping information after your order is placed. Please note that all delivery times and dates are estimates provided in good faith.
Once your order is packaged, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

What happens if my order is delayed?
If there is any delay in delivery, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide a revised estimated delivery date.
