Standard orders will be dispatched within 3 to 5 business days following our confirmation that we have received your order. If your order contains an item marked for delayed shipment, we will wait to ship the entire order until that item becomes available.

We aim to provide you with the best experience possible, which is why we allow returns for 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that you will need to cover the shipping costs associated with returning your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide a refund or exchange if 14 days have passed since you received the parcel. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please note that gift cards are non-returnable, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
